General contracting conditions
On the one hand, Value School, S.L. (hereinafter Value School or the Holder, without distinction), with Tax Number B-87861969 and address at Calle José Abascal 45, ground floor, 28003, Madrid, owner of the Website accessible through the URL https://www.value.school (hereinafter, Website) and, on the other hand, the user, understood as any natural person, of legal age in accordance with Spanish legislation, who accesses the Website and completes the steps established for the formalization of purchase orders for the products. for sale on the Website (hereinafter, the Products), including acceptance of these Conditions.
The purpose of these Conditions is to regulate the acquisition by the user of the products offered by Value School through the website.
3. Contracting procedures
To purchase the Products, the User must:
a. Access the Website,
b. Access the “Library” section, where the products are displayed (they may also appear in other sections of the page)
c. Then you can select the product or products that the user wants to buy, adding them to your “Basket”
d. Access your personal profile on the Website. If you do not have a personal account, the user must register.
e. Once the user has selected all the Products, he must access his “Basket” and press “PROCESS BASKET”.
f. Fill in the Purchase Form, selecting a payment method, following the instructions indicated by the payment entity, depending on the modality selected.
g. Confirm order by pressing the button “ORDER” or similar.
h. The process ends with the confirmation of the purchase by the Holder, the payment made, and the subsequent sending of the Products that make up the order to the user.
The prices of the Products include VAT and other taxes that are applicable, with shipping costs and other costs, which will be specified at the time of purchase. The prices must be paid by the Buyer at the moment of formalizing the order.
5. Payment methods
VALUE SCHOOL, SL will accept the following forms of payment for purchases made on its portal in accordance with the conditions established here and in the applicable regulations:
– Payment gateway (integrated by Bankia).
– Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron and / or other similar cards).
Buyers must notify VALUE SCHOOL, SL of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone to 900102200, in the shortest possible time, so that VALUE SCHOOL, SL can make the necessary arrangements.
6. Acceptance of these General Purchase Conditions
Prior to the purchase of the Products, it will be necessary for the user to read these Conditions, as well as any other particular conditions that may be shown on the screen throughout the process. They must be expressly accepted, by clicking on the corresponding check box on the hiring form.
7. Cancellation of orders
Value School reserves the right to cancel orders made based on typographical, arithmetic errors or that contain inaccurate, erroneous and / or information that could hinder the delivery of the Products. In this case, Value School will refund the amount paid at the time of canceling the order by the same means of payment that the payment was processed.
If the user wishes to cancel an order that has not yet been issued, he can do so by sending an email to email@example.com, indicating the order number to be canceled. Cancellations will not be accepted once the order is issued.
8. Delivery terms
- Shipping to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands 48 hours.
- For deliveries to the Canary Islands, please consult the delivery deadline by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or 900.10.22.00.
- For international shipments, consult delivery time by email to the address email@example.com or by phone 900.10.22.00.
9. Right of withdrawal
The user may return the Product or Products purchased to the Holder within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which he received the Product or Products that make up the order or, if there are several and they are not they all received at the same time, when they had received the last of them. In the event that what was acquired was a periodical publication (magazine, collection of fascicles, etc.), the fifteen days will be counted from the time the user receives the first copy. The shipping costs derived from the return will be borne by the user.
Within the indicated period, the user must contact the Owner by email address: firstname.lastname@example.org or by sending a letter to the postal address indicated in the heading, clearly stating his willingness to proceed with the return of the Product or Products acquired, and indicating at least the following information:
– identification of the Holder
– willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal
– order number and date of receipt
– Identification data and address of the user
– user signature
The Holder will proceed to refund the total price paid by the user, including shipping costs within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the Product or the Products returned.
Once the Product has been received, the Owner reserves the right to check its status before proceeding to reimburse the price paid by the user. The customer will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the Products resulting from handling them in a manner different from that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation, so that in this case, the customer will perceive the value of the good in the conditions of reception.
The provisions of this clause shall not apply in the case of supplying daily press, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
The Products will have a legal guarantee of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Given the nature of the products, the user must notify the Owner of any lack of compliance detected as soon as possible.
If you receive a book in poor condition, you can return it and the Holder will reimburse the full amount thereof (book price and shipping costs), limiting, in any case, the responsibility of Value School to such replacement.
11. Obligations of the user
By accepting these General Conditions of Purchase of tickets for the Event, the user declares that he is over 18 years of age and that he has sufficient capacity to contract.
The user therefore has the following obligations:
a. Pay any amounts due, including taxes and fees, that are specified throughout the purchasing process. The user will be responsible for the validity of the payment means selected.
b. Respond to the accuracy and authenticity of the data provided when formalizing the purchase.
c. Assume any liability arising from the non-possession of the required documentation for the realization of the purchase of the ticket or tickets.
d. To assume the other obligations set forth in these General Conditions of Purchase of Tickets to the Event that were applicable to it.
Failure to comply with the provisions of these Conditions, could derive in damages for the Holder. In the event that the user fails to comply with any of the indications contained herein, he will be obliged, by himself or by the company he represents, to compensate the Holder for any damage, loss or cost (such as fees, lawyers and solicitors) suffered as a result.
If by the breaches of the user, or the company on behalf of which the purchase is made, any type of claims or proceedings against the Holder will be generated, the Holder will be able to claim any expense, cost, damage or prejudice derived from the user´s actions.
13. Other issues
13.1. Safeguard and interpretation
If the competent authority declares any of these provisions as illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this will imply that it should be interpreted in the manner closest to the original intention of such provision. In any case, such declaration with respect to some or some clauses will not prejudice the validity of the rest.
The non-requirement by the Holder of strict compliance with any of the terms of these Conditions, does not constitute and cannot be interpreted in any case as a waiver on his part to demand it in the future.
The language applicable to these Conditions is Spanish. If versions are provided in others in other languages, it will be solely for mere courtesy and greater convenience for the user. In case of contradiction, the Spanish version will prevail.
13.3. Legislation and jurisdiction
The relations between the Holder and the user will be governed by Spanish legislation and the discrepancies or conflicts surrounding these Conditions.
Conflicts will be determined in the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the Holders address.
